Recognized as one of the most wired hospitals in the U.S., UPMC is giving its patient portal, UPMCHealthTrak, a new name and new features. All UPMC HealthTrak functions will now be available through MyUPMC, which offers patients a more comprehensive way to connect totheir health care.
With a single login to MyUPMC, patients can access UPMC HealthTrak functions, such as renewing prescriptions, viewing test results and communicating with their doctor’s office; UPMC AnywhereCare for round-the-clock online medical treatment; UPMC Health Plan; bill paying, and more.
Patients can use their current UPMC HealthTrak username and password to access MyUPMC. A 24-hour support line is available at 1-866-884-8579 for those who need assistance.
