UPMC employees were recently invited to read letters sent to them by both patients and colleagues, letting them know that they make a huge difference in people’s lives every day, even when they don’t realize it. Sometimes it’s the right words, at the right time, that really drive that point home.
On camera, the words of UPMC patients and co-workers were shared with the very UPMC employees who changed their lives. The employees were asked to read them aloud — without knowing ahead of time what they would be reading.
Real letters were used to create this “love letter” to our life-changers. UPMC thanks you for everything you do.
